About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Box and Crates Pty Ltd (ABN 75 702 987 406) through boxandcrates.com.au and supported sales channels, including AI shopping services. Our contact email is info@boxandcrates.com.au.

Orders and payment

Please check the product, quantity, measurements, delivery address and total price before submitting an order. Provide accurate contact details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Available payment methods and the total payable are shown at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product availability and delivery information are shown with the product or during checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including a refund for any goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed order price without your agreement.

Product information

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials and care information before ordering. Natural timber grain and colour can vary, and screens may display colours differently. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

Delivery and order changes

We deliver within Australia. Check the delivery options, charges and any delivery estimate provided for your order before payment. Please tell us about access requirements and check that the furniture will fit through doorways, stairs and lifts. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order so we can explain the available options based on its fulfilment status. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Return and refund policy explains change-of-mind returns and how to request assistance with faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable mandatory laws continue to apply. These terms do not exclude or restrict those rights or remedies.

AI shopping services and other sales channels

The same product terms and consumer protections apply when you purchase through a supported AI shopping service. Review the actual product details, price and order information before authorising a purchase. Contact Box and Crates directly for order support, returns or complaints. Third-party platforms may have separate terms covering your use of their services; these do not replace our obligations as the seller.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use our store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, unauthorised access or interference with the store or other customers.

Changes and contact
